The Swanage Railway is seeking appropriately qualified and experienced persons who are able to offer their support through appointment as Directors of the Swanage Railway Company.
The Company now seeks to appoint a Finance Director and a Commercial Director to provide leadership, inspiration and support and to help to take the railway to the next level of operations.
The successful applicants will need to have experience financial and commercial management at a senior level in a similar or larger organisation together with knowledge and understanding of business leadership and, specifically, the legal and financial accountabilities associated with Company Directorships. Sound professional experience in a railway environment will be welcomed.
